Chief Marcel Shackelly
Chief Shackelly was re-elected for his second term as Chief of Nooaitch Indian Band in November 2016. Chief Shakelly studied at Simon Fraser University (Bachelor’s in Economic Development); Nicola Valley Institute of Technology (Business Administration and Management); and the British Columbia Institute of Technology (Computer Systems).
