IAMC Supporting Letters And Documents
The Indigenous Advisory and Monitoring Committee (IAMC) is guided by the following documents below. In addition, the Committee is guided by section 35 of the Constitutional Act 1982, recognizing and affirming Aboriginal treaty rights, principles of the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP) and the Truth and Reconciliation Commission’s Calls to Action.
